Basketball Game Preview: Sherman Indian Braves vs. United Christian Academy Eagles

The Sherman Indian Braves will challenge the United Christian Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Sherman Indian lost 69-45 to California School for the Deaf-Riverside back in December of 2024. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, United Christian Academy scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 65-49 bruising from California School for the Deaf-Riverside. The Eagles were down 56-35 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Sherman Indian's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for United Christian Academy, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Sherman Indian came up short against United Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 48-43. Can Sherman Indian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
