Volleyball Recap: Golder Gets the Win

Golder won the last time they faced Hansberry and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Bengals by a score of 2-0.

Golder didn't let Hansberry take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-22.

Golder's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Hansberry, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Golder will venture away from home to face off against Beacon Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hansberry, they will face off against Noble Street College Prep at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
