Soccer Recap: Rising Tide Takes a Loss

Rising Tide was the 3-1 winner over Martha's Vineyard Regional when they last played one another back in October of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Rising Tide lost 7-1 to Martha's Vineyard Regional on Tuesday. Rising Tide was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Guilliano Elizaire, which was the first he's scored this season.

Rising Tide's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Martha's Vineyard Regional, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Rising Tide will take on Cape Cod Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Martha's Vineyard Regional, they will challenge Dennis-Yarmouth Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
