Layla Thompson, Spooner's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Friday. Thompson was dialed in as she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases and three runs. She was dominant the last time she took on Unity on Friday, so they probably should've seen this coming. Thompson is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: she's snagged at least three every time she's taken the field this season.
