Staunton River not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 28th (when they won 15-2). Everything went their way against the Fleming Colonels as they made off with a 12-2 victory. The Golden Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by eight runs or more this season.

The win (which was Staunton River's fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-10. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Fleming, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-19.

As of now, neither Staunton River nor the Colonels have any future games scheduled.
