St. Louis lost against Hemlock back in January of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The matchup between the St. Louis Sharks and the Hemlock Huskies didn't end well, with the St. Louis Sharks falling 50-35. The Sharks' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Leading Hemlock to victory were Isabelle Krueger and Victoria Hauffe. Krueger shot 56% from the field on her way to 13 points and seven steals, while Hauffe posted 12 points and eight steals. The last time Krueger's field goal percentage was this high was back in January. Another player making a difference was Isabella Curry, who had six points and three steals.

St. Louis' defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Hemlock, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 18 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.

St. Louis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hemlock, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-38 loss against New Lothrop on the 10th.
