Fort Scott can bid farewell to their 19-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Field Kindley Golden Tornado by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Fort Scott easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-19.

Fort Scott's victory bumped their record up to 4-25. As for Field Kindley, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-17-1.

Fort Scott and Field Kindley could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Kansas Rankings. The Tigers will take on Frontenac on Saturday with a big rank disadvantage (268 vs. 106). Meanwhile, Field Kindley (ranked 304th) will meet Pittsburg (ranked 77th) on Thursday.
