Aspen Abel, Notre Dame – Abel was voted second-team all-FRCC as a junior. The NCAA Division II Bemidji State University commit tallied 11.1 points per game last season.
Bryn Adams, Sheboygan North – As a junior, Adams received second-team all-league honors.
Sarah Bolchen, Manitowoc Lincoln – Bolchen was voted first-team all-FRCC unanimously as a junior, averaging 16.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 4.1 steals per game.
Adeline Dwyer, De Pere – Dwyer contributed 8.6 points per contest as a sophomore for the Redbrids.
Aubree Fischer, De Pere – As a sophomore, Fischer averaged 10.6 points per game.
Melia Lemorande, Bay Port – Lemorande was a unanimous first-team all-FRCC pick and earned honorable mention WBCA all-state as a junior. The NCAA Division II Maryville University commit averaged 17.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. Melia also connected on 74 of 181 from 3-point land.
Alexa Rattray, West De Pere – Rattray will take on a leading role this season for the Phantoms. She tallied 3.9 points per game as a junior for the D2 state qualifiers.
Kendall Schmitz, Manitowoc Lincoln – Schmitz took home second-team all-league recognition as a sophomore, averaging 13.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.9 steals per contest. Kendall also made 48 triples.
Olivia Sprangers, Pulaski – As a junior, Sprangers received second-team all-conference honors, netting 10 points per game.
Abigail Tassoul, De Pere – Tassoul was named first-team all-FRCC and honorable mention WBCA all-state as a junior, tallying 12.5 points and 3.9 assists per game while shooting 41 of 96 from three.
Kaia Waldrop, Notre Dame – Waldrop is back after missing suffering an ACL injury early in her junior season. The NCAA Division II Grand Valley State University commit scored 16.2 points per game in four games last season.
Destiny Webster, Notre Dame – As a junior, Webster contributed 10.1 points per contest.
Olivia Williams, Bay Port – Williams earned second-team all-league honors as a sophomore, tallying 14.4 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.4 steals per game. Olivia also went 52-for-130 from behind the arc.

Team Notes: The Phantoms join the FRCC after previously being a member of the Bay Conference. They will have a revamped starting five after the graduation of four starters from last year's squad, which advanced to the WIAA state tournament, the program's first trip to state since 1978. Coach Abaray told MaxPreps they have a strong returning core that did not log a ton of minutes last year. "We have a ton of production to replace with the loss of our main core from last year, but these girls are definitely up for it." He went on to say that this group has the talent and drive to compete at a high level. "Once we get through the growing pains of the early season, there is potential for some awesome stuff this year."
