Basketball Recap: Cushing Comes Up Short

After flying high against Pond Creek-Hunter last Monday, Cushing came back down to earth. The Cushing Tigers lost 48-26 to the Berryhill Chiefs on Tuesday. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Chiefs recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Cushing's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Berryhill, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Cushing has already played their next matchup (against Mannford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Berryhill will challenge Bristow at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
