Football Game Preview: McDermitt vs. Eureka

Eureka have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Saturday. They take on McDermitt at Mc Dermitt High School at 1:00 PM. Eureka are cruising in on a four-game winning streak while McDermitt are stumbling in off of three consecutive losses.

Eureka put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season last Friday. Everything went their way against Carlin as they made off with a 48-14 victory. Eureka were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: McDermitt lost to Wells, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-78. McDermitt were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-56.

Everything came up roses for Eureka against McDermitt the last time the two teams met as the squad secured a 64-12 win.
