West Forsyth came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Creekview Grizzlies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

West Forsyth had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-23, 15-8.

West Forsyth got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Adeline Wieler out in front who had 11 digs and three aces. What's more, Wieler posted four assists, the most she's had over her last 13 games. Another player making a difference was Charlie Holcomb, who had ten digs and three assists.

West Forsyth's record is now 9-4. As for Creekview, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-6.

West Forsyth wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Mountain View on the 21st. As for Creekview, they will challenge North Hall at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
