After losing to Springfield the last time they met, Greenbrier decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bobcats came out on top against the Yellow Jackets by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Greenbrier had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-23, 25-20, 25-23.

Greenbrier's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Greenbrier and Springfield will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bobcats will face off against rival Liberty Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Springfield is set to take on their familiar foe Kirkwood at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
