Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask East Jackson). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Habersham Central Raiders 33-0. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

East Jackson has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.8 points on average over those games. As for Habersham Central, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coincidentally, East Jackson and Habersham Central will both be playing Apalachee the next time they take the field. The Eagles will head out to face the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
