Soccer Game Preview: Switzerland County vs. South Dearborn

The Switzerland County Pacers will head out to challenge the South Dearborn Knights at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Switzerland County is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Southwestern just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Tuesday. Neither they nor the Rebels could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result kept Switzerland County happy, as they haven't lost a game since September 8th.

Meanwhile, South Dearborn fell victim to Trinity Lutheran and their airtight defense last Saturday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 3-0.

Switzerland County's draw makes their record 9-4-2 this season. As for South Dearborn, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9-1.
