While Owyhee's victory against Eagle wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Storm had just enough and edged out the Mustangs 4-2. The Storm haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Nathan Keith made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in nine consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

In other batting news, Matt Robertson and Jack Hallenbeck did most of the damage at the plate: Robertson got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base, while Hallenbeck got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Owyhee's record is now 22-5. As for Eagle, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-6.

As of now, neither Owyhee nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
