Dakobi Coleman helped snap O'Farrell Charter's 17-game losing streak dating back to last season. Coleman produced his best game of the campaign on Friday: he rushed for 90 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 143 yards and a touchdown on only 13 passes. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August.

Tri-City Christian Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Joel Valverde
Joel Valverde's big game helped extend Tri-City Christian's winning streak to three on Friday. Valverde was dynamite, throwing for 337 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 50 yards. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.
If the past is any indication, Valverde could be in store for another big game when he takes on Rock Academy on Friday. When Valverde last faced the Warriors back in September of 2023, he rushed for 72 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 237 yards and a touchdown.
