Soccer Recap: Clovis Finishes Even with Buchanan

For the first time since back in December of 2024, Clovis was forced to settle for a draw on Tuesday. Neither they nor the Buchanan Bears could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Chip Damian and Devon Richardson scored both of Clovis' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Clovis' draw gives them a new season record of 12-4-4. Meanwhile, Buchanan's record is now 13-1-6.

Clovis will square off against Clovis North at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Buchanan, they and Central will meet on Friday for a tough Bear Battle. Buchanan's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
