Softball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Winona

Winona entered their tilt with Koshkonong on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Blue Jays 15-0. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won three matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Lexi Crider was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Winona got a massive performance out of Faith Palmer, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Another player making a difference was Leah Snyder, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
