Soccer Recap: Henry County Takes a Loss

Henry County managed to keep up with Mount Juliet until halftime on Sunday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Patriots lost 3-0 to the Golden Bears.

Henry County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-3 record this season. As for Mount Juliet, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4-1.

Henry County will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dickson County at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th. The game will give Henry County their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Mount Juliet, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-1 loss against Antioch on the 4th.
