Soccer Recap: Sandy Creek Starts Season with Victory Against Rockdale County

Sandy Creek took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Rockdale County Bulldogs a 10-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Natalie Winfrey as she scored three goals for her team.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sandy Creek will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Callaway at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rockdale County, they will take on Newton at 5:30 p.m. on February 14th.
