Football Recap: Douglas Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Douglas's last matchup with Elko could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Friday. The Tigers lost 21-0 to the Indians. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row dating back to last season.

Ethan Kraintz was a one-man wrecking crew For Elko. as he rushed for 110 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 86 yards and a pair of TDs.

Douglas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Douglas will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sutter at 7:30 p.m. on September 5. As for Elko, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 26-15 victory against Fernley on the 29th.
