Softball Recap: St. Johns Redwings vs. Fowlerville Gladiators
St. Johns had lost ten straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 0-10 to make it 11. They fell 9-6 to the Fowlerville Gladiators. If the Redwings were looking for revenge after losing 11-3 to the Gladiators when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
As for Fowlerville, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games.
For Fowlerville's part, they let Tommi Kleinschmidt and Kiely Davis run wild.
