Ramapo proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by three) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Spring Valley Tigers 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Ramapo were the better team in the second half.

The win got Ramapo back to even at 2-2-1. As for Spring Valley, they dropped their record down to 3-9-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Ramapo and Spring Valley will both be playing Ketcham the next time they take the pitch. The Tigers will host the Storm at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Gryphons will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on the 16th.
