Higley had won two straight games and Britton Skousen did his part to make it three on Friday. The Knights came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles for which the team can thank Skousen, who had 15 digs and three assists. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 15 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Higley's win bumped their record up to 23-5-2. As for ALA - Gilbert North, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 23-4.

Higley has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Hamilton on the 18th. As for ALA - Gilbert North, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Prescott on the 18th.
