They blew past Strawberry Crest 84-40 at home. King's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
King's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Julien Barnett, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. The match was Barnett's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jabriel Hakim, who scored 17 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Strawberry Crest's loss came despite strong showings from Hunter Hall and Bryon "Tra" Jones. Hall scored 12 points, while Jones scored 11 points. The matchup was Hall's third in a row with at least ten points. Jayson Lewis was another key contributor, scoring five points.
King's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Strawberry Crest, they bumped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
