Coastal Academy won the last time they faced La Jolla Country Day and things went their way on Thursday too. The Stingrays were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Torreys. The contest marked the Stingrays' most dominant victory of the season.

Coastal Academy walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-19, 25-12.

Cobyn Palmer paced Coastal Academy's offense, picking up 17 kills. Palmer got some help from Cole Sulouff and his 32 assists. Zac Garland controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

The victory got Coastal Academy back to even at 12-12. As for La Jolla Country Day, their loss dropped their record down to 9-20.

Coastal Academy has already played their next matchup (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for La Jolla Country Day, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Ramona on the 7th.
