Makihele has been hot , having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last six times he's played. Colton Willard did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 109 receiving yards.
The victory (which was San Marcos' sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.8 points. As for Del Norte, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
San Marcos will face off against El Camino at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. San Marcos' defense has only allowed 12.8 points per game this season, so El Camino's offense will have their work cut out for them. Del Norte does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
