Basketball Recap: Notre Dame Falls Short of St. Thomas Aquinas in the Playoffs

Notre Dame and St. Thomas Aquinas squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Notre Dame had to settle for second. They took a 53-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons.

Notre Dame has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season. The win got St. Thomas Aquinas back to even at 12-12.

As of now, neither Notre Dame nor St. Thomas Aquinas have any future games scheduled.
