Softball Recap: Cloverdale Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Cloverdale's offense. They came up short against the West Vigo Vikings on Tuesday, falling 28-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Clovers in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost five in a row.

Cloverdale's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for West Vigo, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 9-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Cloverdale is set to face off against their familiar foe South Putnam at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, West Vigo will square off against rival Greencastle at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
