Football Recap: Bishop McCort Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bishop McCort can now relate to. They took a 14-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Richland Rams on Saturday. The Crushers were red-hot offensively heading into the matchup (they scored no less than 31 points in the ten contests prior), but the Rams' defense proved too tough.

Angelo Gallucci threw for 148 yards on 11 of 25 attempts. Nick Dressick was his top target, picking up 50 receiving yards.

Bishop McCort's defeat dropped their record down to 12-1. As for Richland, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

Bishop McCort does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Richland, they will challenge Farrell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will need to watch out since the Steelers have now posted at least 31 points in their last six games.
