Frenship and Midland Legacy are an even 4-4 against one another since February of 2020, but likely not for long. The Frenship Tigers will head out to take on the Midland Legacy Rebels at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Meanwhile, Midland Legacy kept a clean sheet against San Angelo Central on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bobcats. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Rebels' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 348th in Texas, while the Bobcats are ranked 102nd in Texas).

Frenship's record now sits at 9-2. As for Midland Legacy, their record now sits at 6-7.

Frenship skirted past Midland Legacy 3-2 in their previous matchup on February 7th. The rematch might be a little tougher for Frenship since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
