Soccer Recap: James Logan Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Newark Memorial, James Logan was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Washington Huskies. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Colts also won the last time the pair played back in January.

They hit Washington with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Hector Gonzalez (2), Alex Reynoso, and Cristian Jaramillo.

James Logan's win bumped their record up to 3-5-1. As for Washington, they moved to 3-3 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

James Logan will venture away from home to face off against Pittsburg at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Pittsburg's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Washington, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Newark Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
