Football Recap: East Ridge Takes a Loss + How To Watch

East Ridge fell victim to Hixson and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Wildcats 34-0. The Pioneers' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Jake Pollock went supernova For Hixson., rushing for 31 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 141 yards and one TD while completing 83.3% of his passes. They also got help from Ryan Burney, who showed off his sure hands for 128 receiving yards.

East Ridge now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Hixson, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-5.
