Botkins is a perfect 5-0 against Fairlawn since April of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Trojans will host the Jets at 5:00 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Botkins will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Fort Loramie, who they had gone 0-4 against in their four prior meetings. The Trojans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Redskins on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Fairlawn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 16-0 to Lehman Catholic.

Botkins' victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Fairlawn, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Everything went Botkins' way against Fairlawn in their previous matchup on April 6th, as Botkins made off with a 13-0 win. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Jets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
