Football Recap: Rye Cove Piles Up the Points Against Grundy + How To Watch

After only 12 points in their last game, Rye Cove made sure to put some points up on the board against Grundy on Friday. The Eagles blew past the Golden Wave 61-14. The Eagles pushed the score to 48-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Golden Wave had no chance of recovering from.

When it comes to explaining why Grundy lost, don't look at Trey Taylor. Despite the final result, he rushed for 185 yards and two scores while picking up 11.6 yards per carry.

The victory got Rye Cove back to even at 1-1. As for Grundy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
