Basketball Recap: Arrowhead Christian Academy Beats BASIS - Peoria for Their Fourth Straight Win

Arrowhead Christian Academy waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They took down BASIS - Peoria 45-28.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arrowhead Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anna Bright, who posted 12 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Leah Rubio, who put up 14 points along with six boards and five assists.

Arrowhead Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 25 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2023.

BASIS - Peoria's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Kaci Faber, who had 12 points, and Kierat Mangat, who earned 11 points.
