Basketball Game Preview: Crosspoint Christian vs. Rolla HomeSchool

Crosspoint Christian hasn't had much luck against Rolla HomeSchool recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Crosspoint Christian is headed away from home for the first time to face off against Rolla HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Crosspoint Christian came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were beaten by Westwood Baptist Academy 52-24.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Jesse Liggett, who posted 11 points.

Meanwhile, Rolla HomeSchool had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were outmatched by Providence Classical Christian Academy and fell 59-26. Rolla HomeSchool was down 55-24 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Crosspoint Christian took a serious blow against Rolla HomeSchool when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 51-9. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Crosspoint Christian was down 25-5.
