Basketball Game Preview: BELIEVE Circle City Cyclones vs. Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas

The BELIEVE Circle City Cyclones will venture away from home to face off against the Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

BELIEVE Circle City is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Herron just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Saturday. They were beaten by the Achaeans 47-20.

Despite the defeat, BELIEVE Circle City saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jazmyn Brown posted 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Brown has scored all season. Cordarionna Kirkwood was another key player, putting up four points and three steals.

Meanwhile, Indianapolis Metropolitan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a blow against Central Christian Academy, falling 64-3.

BELIEVE Circle City's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-2. As for Indianapolis Metropolitan, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.
