David Garcia turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Monday. He tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off two hits. He has become a key player for Reading: the team is 4-2 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 0-8 otherwise.
