There's no place like home for St. John Paul II Catholic, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against the Heritage Academy Heroes by a score of 7-4 on Wednesday. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 5-3 victory the Heroes walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

St. John Paul II Catholic saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wyatt Bacome, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-2.
