Soccer Recap: Dover Comes Up Short

Dover was the 2-0 winner over St. Georges Tech when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Senators lost 6-0 to the Hawks on Saturday. Dover have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dover's loss dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for St. Georges Tech, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dover will venture away from home to challenge Milford at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dover will be up against Milford's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.92 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for St. Georges Tech, they will face off against Delmarva Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
