Basketball Recap: Advance Takes a Loss

Advance lost against Leopold back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Advance Hornets took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Leopold Wildcats.

Advance has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Leopold, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Advance will venture away from home to face off against Chaffee at 7:30 p.m. on January 6th. As for Leopold, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Campbell at 7:30 p.m. on January 7th.
