Basketball Recap: Puckett Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Puckett was feeling good fresh off their 63-41 takedown of Raleigh on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolves were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 61-60 to the Enterprise Bulldogs. The Wolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Enterprise to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kadyn Donald, who posted 18 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Donald is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least five every time he's taken the court this season. Brody Stephens was another key player, dropping a double-double with 17 points and 14 boards.

Puckett's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Enterprise, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-1.

Coming up, Puckett will head out to face off against Hazlehurst at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wolves' defense better be ready for this one: the Indians have averaged an impressive 62 points per game this season. As for Enterprise, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Stringer at 7:30 p.m. on December 2.
