Basketball Game Preview: Ropes Eagles vs. Morton Indians

The Ropes Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Morton Indians at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ropes will be strutting in after a victory while Morton will be coming in after a defeat.

Morton is hoping to do what Robert Lee couldn't on Friday: put an end to Ropes' winning streak, which now stands at three games. Ropes came out on top against Robert Lee by a score of 54-46.

Meanwhile, Morton played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 75-34 loss at the hands of Farwell. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 860th, while the Steers are ranked 213th).

Ropes' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Morton, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
