Soccer Recap: Rim of the World Comes Up Short

Rim of the World lost against Arroyo Valley last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rim of the World Fighting Scots came up short against the Arroyo Valley Hawks, falling 5-1. While losing is never fun, the Fighting Scots can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 636th, while the Hawks are ranked 142nd).

Rim of the World's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9-2. As for Arroyo Valley, they pushed their record up to 19-4-2 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home.

As of now, neither Rim of the World nor Arroyo Valley have any future games scheduled.
