Mid-Buchanan had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lathrop Mules. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Thursday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Mid-Buchanan took both sets by at least 17 points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-8.

Tatum Moss paced Mid-Buchanan's offense, picking up eight kills. Moss got some help from Myia Dillman and her 15 assists. Camilia Mejia controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Mid-Buchanan's victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Lathrop, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11-2.

Mid-Buchanan has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Plattsburg on the 20th. As for Lathrop, they will square off against Bishop LeBlond at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
