Basketball Recap: Loyola College Prep Comes Up Short

Loyola College Prep lost against Northwood back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Loyola College Prep Flyers took a 49-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northwood Falcons. While losing is never fun, the Flyers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 1178th, while the Falcons are ranked 243rd).

Loyola College Prep has also been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-23 record this season. As for Northwood, their record now sits at 13-21.
