It was a proper cat-fight when Adairsville took on Ridgeland on Friday. The Tigers breezed past the Panthers to the tune of 30-3. The contest marked the Tigers' most dominant win of the season.

A big part of Adairsville's victory came down to the chemistry between Braxton Elrod and his top target Torron Hale. Elrod threw for 201 yards and a pair of TDs on only 16 passes while Hale picked up 87 receiving yards and one score. What's more, Elrod racked up 125 passer rating, the most he's had since back in September of 2024.

Adairsville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Ridgeland, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Coincidentally, Adairsville and Ridgeland will both be playing Northwest Whitfield the next time they take the field. The Tigers will host the Bruins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Panthers will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th.
