Basketball Recap: Geronimo Takes a Loss

Geronimo lost against Sterling back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Geronimo Blue Jays had to suffer through a 62-27 loss at the hands of the Sterling Tigers. The matchup marked the Blue Jays' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Geronimo's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Sterling, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.

Geronimo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 38-22 loss against Snyder on the 13th. As for Sterling, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 47-32 victory against Apache on the 13th.
