Soccer Recap: Randolph School Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 2-2 at halftime, Randolph School was not quite Gulf Shores's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell just short of the Gulf Shores Dolphins by a score of 4-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Raiders of the 4-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Randolph School's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-9-1. As for Gulf Shores, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-8-2 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Randolph School will challenge Lee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Randolph School is facing Lee at the right time seeing as Lee is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Gulf Shores, they will square off against Baldwin County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Gulf Shores will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Baldwin County will have lost three straight heading into Monday's game.
